How sessions work...
Depending on the type of session that has been programmed, all participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate their capacity for connection with the rest of the group to achieve results that are truly harmonious.
Ideally the sessions are held in an auditorium, or hall allowing visual contact from the stage with all participants.
Alternatively, we set up chairs without armrests for every participant, arranged in a U shape with a space in the center aisle.
Sessions can also be held outdoors.
We take care of setting up the room for the session.
For groups of 50 or more, we recommend audio amplification: 2 SM-75 microphones, 2 MAC MAH microphone clips for the "Jembes" and a "tie" microphone for the main facilitator.
An audio-visual team can also accompanies us to film the session.

... ludic sessions
The aim is not to convert participants into percussionists but, by reducing stress, to encourage the group to blossom and develop their desire for communication and evolution, transformating it into an orchestra.

and 80% of what we do...
At the beginning of the session, chaos, scepticism and a little bit of disbelief typically reign supreme, but within a few minutes, thanks to our learning methodology the groups are already playing in natural harmony as if touched by magic.
At that point the feeling of satisfaction, enthusiasm and pleasure starts to grow, and with the euphoria of the Finale the message is consolidated:
the importance of working together towards a goal, with zeal, technique and enjoyment.

We custom design our sessions according to your aims to achieve concrete results, laying down foundations for a new future direction:
- Cohesion between members of staff, groups and businesses

The sessions begin without specific hierarchies, but in most cases, natural team coordinators will spontaneously make themselves known,
